Functional Support Services
Partners might have a relatively new team who will be put into implementation of EPM Live. They might have basic knowledge in the process and implementation methodology but might not have the knowledge in the functional aspects of the product. Such partners can subscribe to our functional support services to get assistance in functional aspects of the product while in implementation. Implementation Services
Zx-Infotech provides implementation service to those partners who do not have the implementation expertise on EPM Live. In this case, Zx-Infotech’s team will play the lead role in implementing the solution for the partner’s customer. The cost of implementation depends on the user licenses.
